Note – in light of the reduction in flights to and from Israel and the state of the target country, Israel Post is announcing that delays may occur in the arrival of international mail shipments to addressees overseas. Israel Post is making a concerted effort to send the mail to their destinations in an optimal manner and EMS items will be prioritized during the handling stages. At the same time, Israel Post cannot ensure the delivery times for EMS items and other mail deliveries.
Israel Post apologizes for the delays in the international postal service for reasons beyond its control. We will inform all customers that in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes may be made in the method of delivery and/or signing of the addressee upon delivery of the mail, in accordance with the conditions and decision of the local mail operator in the destination country.
