Information about your activities and balance on the card can be obtained on our website. When first registering on the site, you will need to enter the following details:
- User – name of the card that begins with the letters POSTIL and appears on the line below the card number
- Password – the ID number as presented in the Post Office branch.
- Date of birth
After the initial entry, you will be asked to set up a password for entering your account.
The next time you want to access your account on the website – you must enter the user name, selected password and ID Number.
Changing the password (PIN) to the card
In order to make it easier to remember the PIN, we developed a unique system by which the 4-digit PIN can be replaced as you wish. The PIN can only be changed through the website.
How to replace or redeem the card
Expiration of the card
When the card expires, you can go the post office branch nearest to you with the card and ID and transfer the balance on the card to a new card.
Otherwise, you can redeem the card. The cost of a new card is NIS 45.
Redeeming the card
Return from abroad and you have a balance on the card? You can keep your card for your next trip or redeem the balance on the card at one of the post office branches: go to your nearest post office with the card and ID / valid passport, and they will give you the balance of the card in cash in NIS (based on the dollar cash purchase rate).
- Your representative cannot redeem the card for you at the branch

Lost / stolen card
If the card is lost / stolen, please contact the call center service at telephone: 972-73-2633555. The card is insured as is standard practice for all types of credit cards.
