With WESTERN UNION money transfer services it is now possible to transfer money abroad easier and quicker than before! Interested in transferring money overseas?

Payments in cash depend on the agency the recipient attends.  In some cases, the payment may be given as a check.

• Postal Bank account holders gain more!  with reduced fees for simple and convenient digital transfers!

Account holders at the Postal Bank can now digitally transfer money directly from their bank account, in a safe, easy to use way without attending the post office. 

Clients who have already registered to the digital banking services (level 4) can now transfer money directly from their account through our website or through our mobile APP.

Clients who have not yet registered to the digital banking services can do so by simply downloading and filling out the attached registration form and then sending it by email or by fax- 02-5005300 

WESTERN UNION,  the Postal bank is presenting digital users a special discount (valid from 11/7/23 till further notice)! The discount will apply on transferring/receiving conversion rates and also on transfer commission and will apply to all destinations. 

Please note the special discount does not apply to WESTERN UNION transfers that are not done digitally (website or APP) and is valid only for amounts lower than 1000$

You can transfer money through WESTERN UNION services in the nearest post office. (An ID or passport is required).

Please note that the money will be paid to the recipient in USD/ EURO or local currency, depending on payment procedures in the destination country.

• From 21/03/2022 transferring and receiving payments to Russia and Belarus will not be possible. 
• From 24/03/2022 payment for transactions made to Russia and Belarus will not be accepted
• Transactions may be paid in USD or EURO according to currency availability.

• In order to transfer amounts exceeding $2000, when the recipient is not a first degree relative, additional documents will be required. Please contact the Postal Bank foreign currency center on 076-8871133 for more information.
• You may pay for the transaction in USD only in the foreign currency branches. The transaction fee will be paid in ILS

The transfer fee varies according to the amount transferred and the destination country. For some countries there are reduced fees. To check commissions and fees for a particular country use the fee calculator above. 

When transferring an amount in USD an additional handling fee will be added.

If you wish to pay in USD please inform the representative. Payment will be made as requested by the sender.
