MasterCard Investigation of Unusual Transaction
For questions on your card balance or if you noticed an unidentified transaction, please contact the telephone service call center as soon as possible, or in any case within one year from the date of the charge of the transaction. The telephone service call center staff will be happy to investigate and confirm the details of the transaction for you.
If there is an erroneous transaction, the staff at the telephone service call center can begin denial of transaction process for you. For this to happen, you most complete the denial of transaction form, and send the signed form to MasterCardFX@postil.com in order to download the form from the website, you need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader. Please help the telephone service call center help you by providing all possible information you have in your possession. Once your request is received, you will be sent a SMS confirming receipt of the request and you will be informed of whether additional information is required.

- Cards that were lost / stolen / damaged
- Questions about transactions made on the card or about the balance on the card
- Help regarding the secret code
- Registration of your MasterCard online
- Help with the user name and/or password for “My Account” that were forgotten
