• In order to shop online with the card, you must update the personal details in English through “Update Profile / Personal Details".  
• Click here to update details
• The card allows for cash transactions only up to the limit of the amount loaded at the time on the card. The card cannot be used for transactions involving payments or standing orders.
• Do not keep the card together with the PIN.
• The card is active from the moment of its purchase.
• When using the card in businesses such as hotels, tourism car rental, gas stations, as these businesses assess the final amount for payment and reserve a certain amount on the card. The reserved amount cannot be used until it is released by the business. When making the final payment at hotels and car rental agencies, the card can be used normally (the amount of the transaction is the amount to be charged).
• There are several countries where your Visa card cannot be used. If you try to withdraw cash or make purchases in a business in these countries, your request will be denied and you will be given the following explanation “Denied, prohibited country”.

The Israel Post Visa cannot be used in the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Burma (Myanmar), Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Palestinian Authority, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, UAE, Yemen.
