Said amount cannot be used until it is released by the business.
Upon making final payment in a hotel and car rental agencies, the card can be used in a normal manner (the amount of the transaction is the amount that will be charged).
The amount saved cannot be used until it is released by the business.
Transactions that can be performed on the card
- Purchase of products in a business or online
- Payment for meals and trips
- Withdrawal of local currency in ATMs
- Payment in local currency
Pay in local currency
When traveling (abroad), we recommend choosing payment in the local currency rather than in NIS (although the card will be identified in the business as Israeli). Selection of payment in local currency – particularly if it is one of the currencies that is loaded onto the card, will avoid payment of the rate differentials and additional costs.
Remember, if the local currency is not one of the currencies loaded onto the card or if there is insufficient balance in the currency of payment, the balance of the amount will be collected from another wallet in the following order: initially in the Euro, and then in the British Pound, in addition to the conversion fee charge.
